devopsroles lists DevOps, site reliability, platform and cloud roles and nothing else. DevOps and release engineering, site reliability, platform and infrastructure engineering and cloud. If a job is not one of those, it does not belong here.

Where the listings come from

Most listings are read from the employer's own hiring system. We read 15 systems, including Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Lever, Workday, JazzHR and Ashby. We check each board every night. When a role disappears from its board we mark it closed and stop listing it, which is why you should not find a dead link here.

Applying always happens on the employer's site. There is no account to create, no CV to upload with us, and no step between you and the company.

How the pay figures work

Where an employer states a salary, that is the number shown, exactly as they wrote it. Where they do not, we sometimes show an estimated range instead, marked with a small e. Those estimates are medians from other postings for the same role, level and city that did disclose pay, and we show the sample size so you can judge how much to trust them.

Today 300 of 300 listings state pay themselves. We never present an estimate as though the employer had stated it, and an estimate never appears in the structured data search engines read.

What we do not do

We do not write job descriptions, rank employers, take money to move a listing up a page, or publish a number we cannot trace back to a real posting. Where we do not have enough data to say something true, the page says nothing instead.

Who runs it

devopsroles is a small independent project, not a recruiter and not an agency. If something here is wrong, or your company's roles are listed and you would rather they were not, write to hello@devopsroles.co and it will be fixed.
