What you'll do
- Keep cloud infrastructure running across multiple environments by supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Resolve customer capacity requests at Tier I, Tier II, and escalated architecture levels
- Help customers use cloud services by addressing connectivity and utilization needs
- Update management and internal customers on the status of escalated issues
What you bring
- At least nine years of related work experience and a technical bachelor’s degree, or four additional years of relevant experience instead
- An active mid-level or advanced certification in AWS, Azure, or OpenStack
- Strong familiarity with cloud offerings such as AWS, OpenStack, and Azure, plus hands-on use of tools including Kubernetes
- You can develop Linux and Windows cloud workloads with automation and write scripts in Perl, Python, or Ruby

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments. Provides Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers. Provide connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.
Required: Strong knowledge of cloud solutions included but not limited to AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products. Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes. Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack). Must have 9 years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. Must work with little to no prescriptive guidance. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. (U) Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker. Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby.
